- Graduate in CSE from any reputed University/ graduate from other discipline can apply if you have sound knowledge on database.
· Active monitoring of contact rates
· lead and call volumes.
· Identify patterns in performance and look for anomalies.
· Be in communication with On-site IT/campaign manager to alert on issues.
· Attend to ad-hoc queries and requests as they arise
· MS SQL and TSQL (execute process and write custom queries)
· ININ Dialer admin knowledge
