Shift: Night Shift (11 PM - 7AM)
Graduate in any discipline from any reputed university.
- Answer incoming calls from customers and foreign clients and solve inquiries and questions,
- Handle complaints and provide information
- Identify customer’s needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Receiving customers' and partners' enquirers, selling services/ products over the telephone as per the instruction provided.
- Respond to emails and update to the management accordingly
- Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer database
- Maintains records and reports in an organized manner.
- Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Any other related jobs assigned by the management.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
- IELTS Band 7 in Speaking will get extra preference
