Graduate in any discipline from any reputed university.

Job Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and foreign clients  and solve  inquiries and questions,
  • Handle complaints and provide information
  • Identify customer’s needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Receiving customers' and partners' enquirers, selling services/ products over the telephone as per the instruction provided.
  • Respond to emails and update to  the management  accordingly
  • Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer database
  • Maintains records and reports in an organized manner.
  • Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Any other related jobs assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
  • IELTS Band 7 in Speaking will get extra preference
