Company: ORTHOPEDIC MEDICAL GARMENTS MANUFACTURER
Salary: BDT 30,000 (based on Experience)
Job Location Gazipur
Job Benefit As per company policy
Major Responsibilities
- Responsible for production in the sections.
- Production planning and scheduling
- Ensuring timely delivery.
- Ensuring quality standards are maintained.
- Ensure efficient use of resources (material, manpower, machines)
- Maintain OSHA standards
- Leading, motivating, training of the section
- Coordination with other departments (Supply Chain, HR, Product Development)
Educational Requirement
- Degree in Engineering
Additional Requirement
- Fluent in Bangla and English (Writing and Speaking)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent planning, organizational skills, Data recording, Reporting.
- Knowledge if SPC, ISO preferable
- Team oriented person, hands-on leadership style.
- Excellent communication and motivation skills.
- Very good personal Characteristic with honesty, Discipline and positive minded, maintain the Professionalism.
Job Experience
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Experience in a Manufacturing company
- Less experienced persons will be considered for lower post
- Age Range 22 to 30 year(s)
