Job Description / Responsibility

• Prepare yearly sales forecast for assigned pro duct(s) and allocate among the Dealers accordingly;
• Plan for sales enhancement of 3S dealers to ensure target achievement;
• Prepare calendar for yearly product promotion & field activities of dealers & ensure implementation accordingly;
• Maintain continuous liaison with Distribution Department/ Factories for smooth delivery of products to all dealers destination as per DO;
• Expansion of Dealer networks of assigned product(s) to cover the unrepresented areas;
• To ensure minimum stock level at all Dealership as per company required;
• Take Initiative for network correction based on Dealers performance;
• Monitor competitors' activities, product features, sales, network etc. Market information & and suggest action plan to COO;
• To arrange continuous Training for Dealers & their employees to make them market oriented to face competition;
• Collection of market data, BRTA Regis, data & other information and submit analytical report to concerned authority;
• All types of report preparation & submission to Management;
• Any other assignment to be given by the management from time to time

• Post Graduate in any discipline preferably in Business Management.

• Age 30 to 35 year(s)
• Minimum 8 Years of experience in Dealer management as well as Retail Sales, Experience in Automobile Business will be given preference.
• Age limit 30 to 35 years;
• Have to be highly motivated and committed to the work;
• Must have good analytical ability;
• Able to manage a medium team with capability to manage administration
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla;
• Candidates must be capable of displaying learning ability and supportive of knowledge sharing;
• Willingness to grow with the Company;
• Conversant with MS Office;
• Willing to travel extensively;
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Should be self driven, result oriented, hard working
