- We are inviting candidates with teaching and administrative experience who can lead an institute.
Job Description / Responsibility
- Will be responsible for effective management of the college.
- Will be responsible for admission of students in various courses,
- Will ensure efficient delivery of courses set by national and international awarding organisations
- Will ensure the expected standard of education through implementation of set procedures.
- Manage recruitment of students.
- Ability to achieve target, pro active and result oriented.
- To work effectively with local businesses, educational institutes and other stakeholders
- To provide necessary training of faculties members.
- Look after the duties, discipline and welfare of staff and students.
- Work closely with national and international awarding organisations to deliver courses
- Will be involved with some teaching.
- Discipline and welfare of students and staff.
- Provide regular staff trainings as deemed necessary.
- Any other duties as required by management.
Educational Requirements
- PhD. in Business Administration/ Management or related subjects.
Experience Requirements
Job Requirements
- Newly qualified PhD holders are welcome to apply
- 4-5 years teaching/ Academics experience.
- IT skills and good command of oral and written English.
