Job Description / Responsibility

Opening Shop on time.
Completes store operational requirements (Inventory book, Briefing book, Product requirement etc.)
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing relationship with potential and actual customers.
Ensures availability of merchandise; maintaining inventories.
Provide feedback by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; clearance sales; studying trends.
Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
Ensure high levels of customer's satisfaction through excellent service.
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures of Dorjibari.
Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers.
Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance.
