Job Description / Responsibility
- Showroom Manager
- Responsibility:
- To prepare Sale Report for the Store.
- To prepare daily/weekly/ monthly target for sales person.
- To prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly working program for individual staff.
- To maintain proper service to customers.
- To ensure that the Store is in perfect order in respect of cleanliness, both interior and exterior.
- To keep daily administration and accounting update according to Company Policy.
- To keep Performance Cards update.
- To ensure proper receiving/dispatching of merchandise.
- To check quality and retail prices of all incoming merchandise.
- To explain the salient features of new merchandise to the staff through interflow meetings.
- Pay the incentive to salesmen as per performance and maintain Staff productivity report
