Job Description / Responsibility
- Product receive & delivery
- Call attending
- Receiving customer complaint and forwarding the complaint to concern dept.
- To provide product information to the customer
- Listening and understanding of customers complaint and have to provide suitable solutions to customers
- To follow up after sales service related email and replying the email from customers
- Reporting day to day activities to the concern authority
- To handle customer with effective communication skills.
- To provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer.
Educational Requirements
- Graduate or Post Graduate from any reputed University
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Face-to-Face Customer Support
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Engineering Firms
Job Requirements
- Age 22 to 30 year(s)
- Good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.)
- Must have to good communication skill on Bangla and English with proper accent
- Good interpersonal, analytical skill, problem solving, leadership skill as well as organizational skills.
- Must have to multiple tasking ability
- Candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with Customer
- Able and willing to work under pressure and meet the challenges.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, energetic and result oriented
