Job Description / Responsibility
- Handle and manage key customers by customer visit & successful sales call, address business issues and provide market visit report to Manager.
- Implement all trade promotion and consumer promotion as per the plan.
- Continuous expansions of distribution reach as per the target given.
- Keep professional relations with customers & shop managers to implement all planned activities in and around the counter.
- Organize and conduct training/briefing and product demonstration session for the internal stakeholders as well as external stakeholders.
- Make sales & working strategy execute, Develop new market & Build efficient customer network
- Achieve the individual/ group sales and Collection target, Assist on negotiating pricing, terms & Condition
- Forecast sales and collection volumes & prepare action plan accordingly
- Follow up with customer & ensure on time payment Collection
- Others responsibilities assign by the management
- Must be hard working and Honest.
Educational Requirements
- At least Graduation Degree from any discipline/ Honors/ MBA Preferable
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 6 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales, Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Brand Planning/ Development, Business Development, Advertising & Promotion, Customer Support/ Client Service, Corporate Marketing
