Job Description / Responsibility

Execute cycle execution plan
Train and brief field force about job roles and responsibilities.
Make regular field visits as per requirement of IMSL
Managing (planning, leading, motivating, monitoring)
Assess requirement and arrange for training
Enforcing discipline in the field
Support to the recruitment of team members for various teams under him/her
Routine visits from distribution house to house and run sudden inspections to ensure that everything is going according to plan
Develop and maintain excellent relationship with the client
Gathering field intelligence
Inventory planning and maintenance of communication materials and aids
Follow record management guidelines

Good command over day-to-day computer operation (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
Team player and leadership skills
Very good physical fitness

Good relationship with locally influential people
Willing and ready to travel continuously and on a daily basis (this is not a desk job) from district to district
