Job Description / Responsibility

• Execute cycle execution plan
• Train and brief field force about job roles and responsibilities.
• Make regular field visits as per requirement of IMSL
• Managing (planning, leading, motivating, monitoring)
• Assess requirement and arrange for training
• Enforcing discipline in the field
• Support to the recruitment of team members for various teams under him/her
• Routine visits from distribution house to house and run sudden inspections to ensure that everything is going according to plan
• Develop and maintain excellent relationship with the client
• Gathering field intelligence
• Inventory planning and maintenance of communication materials and aids
• Follow record management guidelines

Job Requirements

• Age 22 to 30 year(s)
• Males & Female are allowed to apply.
• Good command over day-to-day computer operation (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
• Team player and leadership skills
• Very good physical fitness
• Excellent communication skill (both oral and written)
• Good relationship with locally influential people
• Willing and ready to travel continuously and on a daily basis (this is not a desk job) from district to district

Salary:

Commission Based (After meeting target you will be given Motor Bike ( Male ) Scooter ( Female )
