Job Context

• To undertake Marketing & Sales responsibilities of various Medical Devices, Equipment and Consumables as following product groups:
• Group-A: Medical Supplies & Consumables
• Group-B: Orthopedic Surgical Instruments & Implants
• Group-C: Hospital Furniture, Operating Room Equipment, Imaging
• Group-D: Laboratory Equipment & Supplies, Reagents
• Group-E: Rehabilitation & Physiotherapy Equipment, Orthotic & Prosthetic Supports
• Group-F: Home Healthcare

Job Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities, create new customers, generate sales and manage relationship
• Visit customers to promote products, arrange demonstration, orientation, how to use
• Plan Sales Program to achieve Monthly/Quarterly sales target and business objectives
• Make Forecast for short term & long term market targets and report to superior
• Understand Bangladesh healthcare market and market dynamics, know competitors, their products
• Organize Training/ Orientation Program to customer/ end user.
• Attend local health exhibition to promote and display our products & service
• Organize Training to the Team member on Product Knowledge, In-Service, Demonstration
• Coordinate to ensure timely delivery, invoicing, collection and ensure all dues are realized on time.

Educational Requirements

• BACHELOR Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business, Science, Pharmacy, Nursing, Physiotherapy or Equivalent / DIPLOMA in Medical or Health Technology for higher experienced candidate

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 3 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Nurse, Paramedics, Medical Technologist/ Lab Operator, Pathologist, Pharmacist, Sales & Marketing (Pharmaceutical Products), Sales & Marketing (Medical Services), Medical Representative/ Promotion Officer, Physiotherapy, Medical Assistant
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Clinic, Diagnostic Centre, Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Hospital, Medical Equipment, Pharmaceuticals, Physiotherapy center

Additional Requirements

• Age 23 to 32 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years of Job Experience in relevant Marketing & Sales of Medical/Pharmacy/Healthcare products
• COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE: Microsoft Office, Email, Internet, Social Apps etc
• Ready to travel cities and work in outdoor environment and ability to work under pressure with sincerity and flexibility
• Good command in English, excellent communication and interpersonal skill in consultative approach & convincing
• Be a quick learner and ready to get trained and to train the team members
• Self motivated, positive minded, hardworking, willing to build career in Sales
