- Working with foreign clients.
- Handle complaints and provide information.
- Identify customer’s needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Receiving customers' and partners' enquirers, selling services/ products over the telephone as per the instruction provided.
- Respond to emails and update to the management accordingly.
- Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer database
- Maintains records and reports in an organized manner.
- Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Any other related jobs assigned by the management.
