Job Responsibilities
- Working with foreign clients.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practice.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Respond to emails and update the management accordingly.
- Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer database
- Maintaining records and reporting in an organized manner.
- Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Any other related jobs assigned by the management.
