Shift: Morning, Evening and Night

 

Educational Requirements

  • Graduated in Accounting

Additional Prerequisites

  • Having proven skills in QuickBooks
  • Knowing Xero will be preferred

Experience Requirements

  • At least 1 year (Freshers with required skills are also encouraged to apply)

Job Responsibilities

  • Working with foreign clients.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practice.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Respond to emails and update the management accordingly.
  • Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer database
  • Maintaining records and reporting in an organized manner.
  • Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Any other related jobs assigned by the management.
